- At checkout the client chooses a tip on their phone or on the stylist's phone. Tips are added to the same charge, so there is one line on the client's statement.
- Each tip is recorded against the stylist who did the service and shows in their earnings in the app.
- Tips reach the salon with the rest of the payout; how they are passed to the stylist follows your payroll setup in the app.
Clients can tip in cash as they always have. Only card tips appear in the app.
