LUX takes client payments through Stripe and pays them out to the bank account you connected. Stripe holds the first payout for a short verification period, then pays on a rolling schedule — typically a couple of business days after each charge.
- Open Payments in the LUX Mirror app. Each payout lists the appointments it covers and the date it was sent.
- Not there yet? Check the connected bank account in your Stripe dashboard — a mistyped account number is the usual cause of a missing first payout.
- Bank holidays and weekends push a payout to the next business day.
Fees: LUX keeps a flat $1 plus 1% of each client payment; the rest is yours. The salon payments policy has the full terms.
