   Help center and status page

   • support.theluxmirror.com: get-started guides, symptom-first fixes, payments answers, and a ticket form that carries your mirror's support code.
   • status.theluxmirror.com: live checks on the site, the apps' cloud and the payment provider, so you can tell the mirror from the network.
   • Terms and Hardware Terms now state support hours, the response-time promise and how replacement units are handled.

   Remove a mirror in one place

   • The mirror page has one owner-only Remove mirror control. Its dialog chooses between keeping the mirror's Wi-Fi for a quick re-pair and also forgetting the Wi-Fi and every paired phone.
   • Pairing a mirror again after removing it no longer leaves it reading Offline.

   Mode presets

   • The mirror's mode picker is five presets, including Do not disturb. The idle mode a mirror returns to between appointments is a setting on its page.
   • The staff console follows the same presets, so support sees what you see.
