The LUX 27 ships in one carton with the mirror, its wall bracket, the mounting hardware, and the power cord. Keep the carton and the inserts until the mirror has been on the wall for a few weeks — a return or a replacement travels in the same box.
Before you mount it
- Lay the carton flat and lift the mirror out by its edges, glass up. Do not lift it by the back cover.
- Check the glass for cracks and the edges for dents. If anything is damaged, photograph it in the box and open a ticket before you mount it.
- Find the six-digit support code on the label inside the carton. Write it on the inside of the box lid — you will read it to us if you ever call.
Leave the protective film on until the mirror is on the wall and powered. It comes off in one pull once the bracket is seated.
