Mirror updates are approved by the owner in the LUX Mirror app and installed by the mirror when the chair is free. The mirror downloads, installs, and restarts itself; the glass is blank for a minute or two during the restart.
- Leave it plugged in. Pulling the power during an install is the one thing that can make this worse.
- Wait fifteen minutes from when the update started.
- Check the version on the mirror's page in the app. If it shows the new version, the update finished.
- If the version has not changed after thirty minutes and the mirror shows Online, approve the update again from the app.
- If the mirror is offline after the update, power cycle it once: unplug, wait ten seconds, plug in.
